How Do I Apply?

Please mail the following materialsto the MOC DOCS  Office in Toronto:

• A completed entry form
• $10 entry fee (e-receipt availableon request)
• Names and resumes of the Director, Writer, Producer and key crew members (Director, Writer and Producer can be the same person).
• Applications will be accepted from writers, producers or director
• Four copies of the completed script or detailed script outline
• Please DO NOT include your NAME or other personal details ON THE SCRIPT,  as we will be judging the entries without prejudice

Faxedsubmissions will NOTbe accepted.

NEW DEADLINE:
Submissions must reach the MOC DOCS officeby 3pm EST on Monday, July 11, 2005.
